🏒 Training Centere
Elite Off-Ice Development for Hockey Athletes, Build strength, speed, mobility, and durability year around.
Developing Athletes On and Off the Ice
The WBS Knights Training Center at Revolution Ice Centre is a comprehensive, athlete focused development facility designed to support hockey players on and off the ice.
Our training environment combines a fully equipped strength and conditioning gym with a dedicated turf training area, allowing athletes to build strength, speed, mobility, and durability year round.
This facility is used by WBS Knights players across all levels and is integrated into our overall player development model.
Strength & Conditioning Facility
Our weight training facility is built specifically for hockey and athletic performance. It is not a general fitness gym. Programming and equipment are selected to support explosive power, injury prevention, balance, and total body strength.
JUL Athletes train in structured sessions with proper supervision and age-appropriate programming. Emphasis is placed on correct movement patterns, technique, and long-term athletic development.
