Programs Overview
WBS Knights Spring Teams participate in select spring and summer tournaments against strong regional and national competition. The focus is on player development, game exposure, and continued progression without the full season commitment of winter travel hockey.
These teams are designed for players who want additional high level game play outside of the traditional fall and winter season while maintaining flexibility for multi sport athletes and off ice training.
Teams are rostered by birth year and ability, with an emphasis on competitive balance and proper placement for development.
Designed to provide high intensity competition while balancing off-ice commitments.
How Our Season is Structured
Player Development Focus
Spring and summer hockey is used to emphasize skill application, decision making, pace of play, and confidence in game situations.
The environment is highly competitive but remains developmentally focused, allowing players to try new roles, experience different situations, and continue building their overall game mechanics.
Players are evaluated continuously by our staff, and participation can serve as a seamless development bridge into future WBS Knights fall and winter programs.
Participation is open to current WBS Knights players and qualified non-Knights players.
